The Masion’s Haute Joaillerie collection owes its legacy to Chopard’s Co-
President and Artistic Director, Ms.Caroline Scheufele who introduced the world to an
exceptional way of viewing jewellery.
For over 20 years, Chopard Haute Joaillerie has been celebrated in many forms for its know-
how and artistic creativity. The Red Carpet and Animal World collections, as well as the
Garden of Kalahari – a complete jewellery set crafted from a 342-carat rough diamond of
exceptional clarity – have used gems to bring about brilliance to the world of jewellery.
Now, Chopard achieves yet another milestone, under the artistic guidance of Caroline
Scheufele, with its first ever collection dedicated completely to rare gems. The Exceptional
Gemstones collection assembles a collection of gems from the four corners of the planet; a
rare 21.04 carat unheated sapphire, 7.03carat unheated pear-shaped pigeon’s blood ruby, and
a series of Colombian emeralds, the largest of which weighs no less than 61.79 carats.
The diamond finds itself at the centrestage of this collection with D-Flawless and D-
Internally Flawless white diamonds, a very rare dark-grey greenish yellow ‘chameleon’
diamond, so called for its colour-changing properties, and fancy yellow and fancy pink
diamonds
